# Horses are sold as-is. We represent our horses honestly and is our desire to place horses that will be happy and safe with their new owners
# Discounts may be offered for multiple purchases
# Prices may change and horses may be removed from sales list at any time without notice
# Payment plans may be available but are not guaranteed for all sales, horses must be paid in full before leaving the property unless otherwise agreed upon by signed contract
# A 25 percent deposit is required for all purchases
# All deposits/money are NON-Refundable
# Farm visits and pre-purchase exams by a vet are welcome at buyers expense
# A sales contract will be provided for upon request
# All registration papers and transfer of ownership will be held until horse is paid for in full
# Shipping is to be provided for at buyers expense
# Horses are given 30 days after the sale to be picked up, after 30 days there will be a monthly boarding fee unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.. Foals can stay up to 30 days after weaning
# PayPal is accepted and preferred and buyer is responsible for the PayPal fee depending on how the chose to pay
